This has got to be one of the best games I have ever played - really well done! Very clever how you had the idea about you having to do it to yourself. The graphics were perfect, especially the part where the patient is in great pain. I remeber where you did a thread about wheather you should make a game with this much gore, and I'm very glad you did. I'm surprized it isnt front paged yet.

The preloader message scared me though :P

Also - on the portal page, it comes up as Dark Cut² (I dont know where the  came from). You might want to look into that.

That animation was quite bad, but you deffinatly have potential. You obviously are patient enough to make a movie, and you have ideas.

Next time up the frame rate, and go for more complex looking characters.
